Any horrible, secrets memories your character would have nightmares about? Well this is going to get into messed up territory pretty quickly.
It's nothing she has nightmares about, Zelena has a lot of issues stemming from her mother abandoning her as a baby. Because Cora is a horrible person even by OUAT standards and left her alone in the woods because abandoning her child was Cora's best chance to get a better life. So yeah. That happened (and Zelena's seen it because magic).
She's also (up until a canon update happens) pregnant, so there's also a pressing concern that because she's a horrible horrible person that saner family members will intervene and keep her from raising her child to be wicked and ruling Oz or whatever it is that Zelena thinks is going to happen there.
So yeah, there's two pretty easy ways to mess with her head.
Anything Bill should not know? I can't think of anything. Even future stuff is fine with me, she's not going to believe it anyway (and given how ridiculous and questionable the quality of this show is why would anyone believe it).
Special Defenses?: I don't think she has any? Knowing the show and the level of magical asspull, something could very well exist, but I'll go with no.
