Backtagging: Always; never feel bad about giving me a late tag. I can be pretty slow, but if you're on plurk I'll announce when I am available for some fast paced boomeranging.
Threadhopping: Love it! As long as everyone's good with it, you'll have no problem from me.
Fourthwalling: In all honesty, Bill is more likely to fourthwall and canon-puncture you. You can't surprise him.
Offensive subjects: I prefer when there is a point to it, but it is very difficult to offend me. If you have a reason to go dark, I won't mind.

Hugging this character?: Bill would have to be in a physical body first, or you in the Mindscape, but yeah, sure. He'll probably pry your hands off with his cane.
Kissing this character?: The TRIANGLE has to literally SHAPE-SHIFT in order to have a mouth, let alone kiss back, but if that sentence isn't too bizarre for you-- you can try, I guess?? Bill is spontaneous enough that he might not murder you on the spot for it.
Flirting with this character?:WHY Bill won't reciprocate; he does so love being worshiped. So it's your loss really. Lavish him with attention, he won't complain!
Sex?: As much as Bill would love to laugh at how ridiculously complex it would be to try to mate with a creature that doesn't even exist as the same boundaries of reality as you... he is not at all interested. As stated in his AMA, Bill sees sex as nothing but the sad desire for mortals to procreate and breed; a function he does not need as the Endless all Encompassing Being of Knowledge.
Fighting with this character: PLEASE DO, everything Bill does is pretty much asking for a punch to the face. If you can be creative enough to actually make that happen to an incorporeal chaos God, go for it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Bill truly is a “Being of Pure Energy with nofew weaknesses!” He laughs at pain when he is using someone's body as a vessel, and has regenerated his eye within seconds of it being ripped out. Melt him, bash him to pieces, shoot him, eat him. I'm all for it. It takes a lot to slow Bill down and I'd love to indulge in putting him at a disadvantage for once.
Killing this character: I'd like to know first, but I am always up for plotting this, because Bill is so obscenely powerful, killing him in any capacity is EXTREMELY difficult to pull off. In the interest of fairness, I will of course try to kill him during in game events, but some special modly powers or previous plotting would have to be in place to make it ICly plausible
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Actually Bill will be reading YOUR mind; trying to read his is like staring into the sun. He is full of ALL THE KNOWLEDGE of the MULTIVERSE at ALL GIVEN TIMES-- its a lot to read.
