As Bill is a creature known as a Dream Demon, making deals with mortals are his bread and butter. He needs them to further his own plans (as well as just hang out sometimes) so I'd like to collect as many volunteers as I can. These deals won't always be immediate, so think of it as a future plot investment. If you think that sounds fun, feel free to sign up below.

WHAT BILL CAN OFFER:
Haggling and swindling is the fun of the job, Bill doesn't like holding up his end of the bargain often- but desperate times call for desperate measures- so if you DO make a deal with Bill, these are the sort of things he can reasonably offer:
A Good Night's Sleep-- no seriously, so many of you have insomnia. Wouldn't it be nice to just hit the bed and immediately go to REM?
No Nightmares- with all this trauma from events, nightmares and night terrors appear to be a condition popular with most of Wonderland's residents. Bill won't make your dreams better, (his version of better is probably not what you want) but he will keep the bad memories at bay.
Take your place- About to be interrogated and tortured for information? Going to suffer horribly by an excruciating death that will surely shatter your sanity? How would you feel about someone who WON'T crack, taking your place?! Bill can possess a body right before death to take away all that pain. After all, how are the captors going to get any intel from you if its not even YOU in the body anymore?
*This does mean, however, that it won't count as Bill's initial posession, and he will still borrow your body one more time later.
*Does one task- Similar to the above but in less dire circumstances. Have a deadline approaching you just can't deal with? Need something done NOW and you're a lazy bastard? Bill completes his deals in as little time possible, he can still be a little clumsy in a vessel but if its for a job he can't get out of, he'll throw his 110% effort in. You want him to build you a house? By god you're getting a freaking castle-- just don't be surprised when there are some weirder touches added along the way. Bill may be a genius but isn't often in touch with what's normal.

Canon 'Update'- Bill can't send you home with all your memories intact, but he IS the all seeing eye. If you want to see how something back in your canon went, he does have the means the show you. Just be sure to specify which timeline you're asking for so you don't see some weird alternate future instead.
WHAT YOU OWE:
So you did it, you made a deal with the devil! LUCKY YOU! Once Bill completes his end of the bargain there is no going back, you can't fight his influence and you can't say no! Fortunately, his deals are one time only transactions, unless you really screw yourself over by promising to be his till the end of timeCough, Stanford, cough. If you owe Bill a favor you owe:
YOUR SOUL-- haha nah, just kidding. what does he want with your ectoplasmic jump rope? Gross.
A vessel: 9 out of 10 times, this is what Bill is after. While he has no desire to BE human himself, he does recognize that he needs to a physical being to affect the physical world. To that end he will occupy your body for as long as it can physically hold him. The moment it succumbs to weariness, Bill is thrown out.
These don't always have to be horrible things. You would be surprised how losing your body for even ten seconds matters in a crucial, unexpected moment.
Ex: The Pines family have Unicorn hair (which creates a force-field he cannot enter) around their lab. He might have you wake up in the dead and night and remove it in secret.
Or he might take your body for joyride the entire day, because hey, incorporeal guys need a break to party too! Just keep in mind as a guy who normally experiences no physical stimuli, Bill can get a bit... overzealous about the whole thing. He might overeat, drink all night, throw himself down the stairs, just... expect some bruises in the morning.
During this you can't stop him, but you CAN panic as a ghost beside him if you so desire. No one will be able to see or hear you though! Not without prior planning to look for you.
NOTE: As mentioned before, these plots will always be planned OOCly well in advance, so don't ever worry about Bill possessing your muse without your being ready for it. We can use as few or as many or few loopholes as you desire. Whatever is most fun for you! ADDENDUM: Although successful, the deal backfired when Bill realized he had to actually ENDURE the ACTUAL PAIN Stanford would have felt upon loving his arm.
